It came down to this or the Subzero. Subzero is probably nicer in terms of fit and finish and air filters--but it comes at a price. The lack of CAD drawings for the cabinet maker was frustrating--some details had to be changed after delivery because we were guessing based on poor manual drawings. Anyway... the shelves are nice and potentially better for how we use the fridge vs the same size Subzero. I think Thermador's 2018 door shelves might be better for veggies, but I don't know. You can't beat this for the price. I really like the ice maker design. Adjusting the door is a real pain and mine is slightly out of plumb--the seal is good so I haven't messed with it further. I bought this vs others because I wanted capacity, a white interior, and as "low" of a price as possible. I'd probably buy it again. It's pretty quiet while it's running. The "air filter" for veggie off-gassing is a total joke though and needs improvement at this price point, so I took off a star for that.

Could not be happier with this purchase even though we purchased the stainless steel front option and not panel ready. Stunning inside with very nice led lighting. A very nice upgrade to our kitchen. Ice maker shutoff is a little hard to get to but not that much of an issue.

Beware: Ice maker water feed can burst / flood!

Ice maker continues to make ice even when the ice drawer becomes full. Although we followed instructions and "turned off the ice maker", it fell back into on mode and continued making ice until the water line detached due to incoming water with no place to go. Very lucky to have been in the kitchen at the time it happened; otherwise it would have flooded the kitchen. Trying in earnest to locate the water line valve to permanently shut down the water feed to the ice maker. At present, we duct tapped the ice maker shut-down to off so it doesn't fall back "on". Also figured out placing the Refrigerator/Freezer in "Sabbatical" mode turns off the ice maker and lighting. This is temporary until we can get our hands on user documentation on disconnecting or shutting off the water line.

Beautiful Refrigerator

This was a replacement for a 5 year old refrigerator from Kitchenaid that failed and could not be repaired. thanks to extended warranty, the replacement only cost the shipping and set up. It is very quiet and functional and has lots of lights inside.
