We bought this refridgerator about a month ago. I love the double doors. We love the counter depth of this fridge, we don't have space for the regular size. The inside is very roomy and we love the bottom freezer.

We have had this refrigerator for 2 months now and so far no problems. Because of our small kitchen and limited space this counter depth fridge fits perfectly and looks amazing. Also has some great features like the brita filter inside and an alarm that softly beeps if you accidently leave the door ajar. Like all stainless if people/kids are touching it you will see finger prints but I have stainless steel cleaner that cleans it beautifully. Do not put magnets on the stainless! It will scratch. Also with expensive products - repair bills are expensive so we purchased the extended warranty just in case but no problems yet! Love my new appliances from Kitchenaid.

I bought this item 6 months ago. I really like the counter depth for appearance. I am glad I got the water dispenser. The ice maker is in the freezer drawer with easy access.

I did not want bells and whistles and this refrig fit the bill. My one big complaint-- the doors are so light weight that when you shut one the others tends to pop open. You have to constantly make sure both doors shut.

We have this refrigerator for 4 months. On the 30th day it stopped working and the temperature went from 38 to 60 degrees. We removed everything to a basement refrigerator and called for service. When the service man arrived the next day it was running normal again. He said that it might be a faulty temperature control or the inner shelf of the freezer might not have been pushed completely back causing it to go into "Defrost Mode". He said to be safe we should replace the part with a new one. However, when he returned a few days latter he said that Kitchenaid didn't have any new parts but had sent a reconditioned part. Since the unit was still functioning properly we decided against putting a reconditioned part in a new refrigerator. Why couldn't he get a new part? Why did the unit stop working? We don't know and don't have a lot of confidence in this product at this point. I guess we'll just have to keep our fingers crossed.

We bought our refrigerator nearly 2 months ago and are still getting used to this style-we had had a side by side for 25 years. We like the freezer being on the bottom and feel it has plenty of room. We continue to rearrange the refrigerator shelves to meet our needs and haven't quite figured out what will work best. We are grateful that Kitchenaid had a counter-depth refrigerator that fit tastefully into our small kitchen.

I have had this refrigerator for about a month now and I am very pleased with my decision to purchase it. I was replacing an ill- fitting, larger fridge and was warned repeatedly how small this new one would seem but have been very satisfied with the amount of interior space. With some thought, I am able to easily store the same amount of fresh food that I was before plus the shallow depth of the unit does not cause this fridge to cover part of my window trim like my old one did. Love it!

We bought this refrigerator 2 months ago to replace our 13 year old counter depth bottom freezer refrigerator which we loved. We are satisfied with our new Kitchenaid, however, the capacity of the french door model with pull out freezer drawers is less than our old 2 door model of same size. Otherwise, we are pleased.

I have always loved and bought Kitchenaid products and thought this would be a winner. Purchased in December so have been living with it for 4 months now. It gets cluttered very quickly but is easy to clean and maintain. Crisper drawers do not shut tight and are very flimsy plastic so I hate that! Had service come to look at it for that reason and the fact that it makes lots of noises. Service said that's how it's suppose to be. Really unhappy with that conclusion. It does cool and freeze very well. Love the pullout deli draw and pull out freezer which also gets cluttered quickly.

I have a galley kitchen. In the past if the fridge was open you couldn't let anyone walk through. Now if you are in opening a fridge door people can still walk past!! That alone has made the kitchenaid the best fridge. However, food stays fresher longer too! Plus having the freezer on the bottom has made it easier to view everything in the fridge. Love it!
