Only bought a month ago. Like the French Door and all the refrigerator items are waist high for easy viewing. The only thing is that it has a slight hum noise, but is livable when other sound items are on.

So noisy you can hear it in the next room. Random increases of volume when the compressor is running. Poor design of ice maker , requires moving ice level sensing wire to slide out self and access ice or items on shelf.

The unit is approx. one year old and we are very pleased with its performance and spaciousness. It does make some unusual sounds which apparently are quite normal but we no longer pay attention to them. It really is a very functional piece of equipment.

My refrigerator was installed September 12, 2014, today is November 10, 2014 ~ the ice maker has not produced ONE SINGLE ice cube yet. I've had to jump through hoops with Lowes to get this resolved ~ it's still not fixed and still not producing ANY ice.

It's a refrigerator, what more can you say? Dislikes: Closing one French door can often pop open the the other one. This leaves the fridge open, but it can go unnoticed. I would have preferred a tub liner for the freezer. When you open the freezer with its basket arrangement, all the cold air flows out. The internal cold water spigot is inefficient. You stand there with the door open while the spigot slowly fills your glass or pitcher. Then you inadvertently pop the right side door open when you close the left door. All something to get used to. Pluses: Interior arrangement is good, flexible easy to adjust and should be easy to clean. I've always had good luck with KitchenAid in the past.

I bought this from Associated Appliance in Stamford CT and I am so upset. It was delivered in May 2014 and after removing the plastic wrap a large dent was found on the left front door. I have still not received a replacement door. Why is it taking so long? I have a beautiful new kitchen and an ugly dented refrigerator door. One door was sent to the store and it is the wrong one. Can you help expedite this problem? I wish the fridge had better adjustable shelves. It is hard to put tall things in.

Great Box and Long overdue on the purchase

We bought the box in May and we love the change, however, it is taking some getting use to all the neat things. We finally too a shelf out which made it alot better for tall things. We love the freezer drawer on the bottom as things are so much easier to get to. The deli keeper is so great and makes it so much easier to organize. Our produce is keeping much better than it did in the old one. We have had several refrigerators in the past and this is by far the best.

We've had this refrigerator for a few months now and are really happy with it! I love the drawers, they are nice and spacious to fit all of our fresh fruits and veggies, and the deli drawer is a nice touch. Only wish it had a rack on the door to store soda cans, and eggs. Really like water access inside the refrigerator. Great product for the price.

I bought this refrigerator 4 months ago and can't believe all the stuff that I can fit into it. Oversized dishes and pots fit in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments! The only thing I would add would be the ability to get water without opening the door. That option is available in a more expensive model. The double doors and bottom freezer is much easier to use than my old side by side

I had a side by side kitchenaid refrigerator which I have no complaints about except the capacity was not for me. I prefer the bottom freezer allowing much more storage for refrigerator use and the freezer capacity is great and has a built in ice maker. Love it!
