J'ai acheté ce réfrigérateur il y a environ 1 mois et je l'adore. C'est très facile d'ajuster les tablettes et d'y placer tout ce qui doit y être placé. Il est également très facile de régler la temperature pour les 2 compartiments et j'aime particulièrement avoir le congélateur dans le bas...très facile d'accès et très facile de trouver ce que l'on cherche. Je suis on ne peut plus satisfaite de mon achat.

as being old (84) I had trouble bending down in my old fridge with freezer on top. This is so easy to just open the door and there everything is stored where I can see the items comfortably. it is so quiet, I hardly know that it's there. I had a ice maker installed and it works great, also. buy it! you will love it!

Too Early to Tell if it is the right value

Purchased in April 2015. We had issues right away with frost buildup due to ice forming on the rails and therefore not letting the freezer door close all the way. We had to call a third party service repair (doesn't any appliance seller cover their own products?) They replaced the seal around the door. The drawers for the fruits and veggies seem very flimsy, a lot less sturdy than the may tag we had before. We are waiting to see if it continues to run properly.

replaced a 18 yr old KitchenAid refrigerator

I bought this fridge to replace my 18 year old KitchenAid one (freezer on top, fresh food section on bottom). When washing out the fridge before putting my food in, I was surprised how black my clean cloth was. While moving over the contents from the old to the new fridge, I was dismayed to find the crisper drawers are smaller than the ones in the previous 19 cubic foot one. The drawers also slide plastic on plastic, not on rollers like the old one and it is so easy to pull out the drawers too far as the stop is barely recognizable. When I brought this up to the salesperson, on a later visit, I was told I had to purchase the $3000 fridge to get this feature. I know using the bottom freezer will take some getting used to, but it seems like I have to move things to get what I want because everything is on top of each other. The storage on the doors of the fresh food section do seem adequate, but I worry about loading it too heavy and wearing out the hinges/bushings. Not too happy with the quality of this product, I expected more from the KitchenAid name, hopefully I get 10 years out of it.

I have always heard good things about kitchenAid but never owned anything by KitchenAid. Thought this time I would try a new refrigerator. Hopefully it will be economical but the drawers are awful. The are made of flimsy plastic and they do not open or close well at all. I am so disappointed thinking that if the refrigerator would last 20 years like my last one that I will have to struggle with the drawers everytime. I wish you could replace them with some sturdy drawers. the refrigerator I got rid of had great drawers. if they would have fit this one. I would have kept them. sorry for the not so nice review but I am more than a little disappointed. I am 66 years old and handicapped and this may be my last refrigerator and was hoping that I would enjoy it

This refrigerator has so many excellent features I don't know where to start. It runs quietly, keeps everything at the appropriate temperature, has a freezer that is easy to access and to see what is there, and the vegetables are always crisp and fresh. We require a refrigerator that will fit into the space allotted in our kitchen design so many of the bottom freezer models won't fit. This is a perfect fit. So far it has lived up to its reputation.

We bought our fridge about a month ago, and one feature that makes it stand out from all other fridges which we have owned is that it is easy to see what is in the fridge! The freezer is a pull-out drawer at the bottom with a sliding rack at the top allowing a separation between layers of frozen food. Having the fridge over the freezer allows for better visibility of contents, and is easy on eyes and back. We're not forgetting about food and then losing it to spoilage - it's all visible. The footprint of the fridge is slightly smaller than our previous fridge, and yet there is more room inside! The meat drawer on the bottom is also very handy. We didn't know if we'd like it, but it is in constant use. The pockets in the door are solidly constructed - so far we haven't found anything flimsy in the construction. The fridge seems to be a uniform temperature - no icy spots or warm spots. The only reason we have not given it 5 stars, is because it is a little noisy from time to time, but this is not continual and we're getting used to it. I have hated every fridge we have ever owned in our long marriage - now for the very first time, I actually like my fridge!

It's hard to find a bottom-freezer fridge without water and ice. This one is excellent. The top fridge is easier for us older folks!, and the bottom freezer easier to use. Controls on the front are nice. Everything seems sturdy. My one complaint is that there isn't as much space for tall items, and I actually had to take out a door shelf. I'd rather not have my milk in the door (warmer, I understand), but there is not room in the fridge proper. Otherwise, we're very happy with this purchase.

I moved into my new home in the beginning of June. One of the first things I bought was my Fridge. I love it. My veggies stay fresh much longer and nothing wilts. It is convenient to use, is quiet and does exactly what it should. I am a happy camper.
