I purchased this oven 11/09 delivered on 11/22.I have not even cooked in it yet and it is giving me all kinds of error messages. This being said, I will not have an oven for the biggest cooking day of the year. No turkey in this house. I will post another review when I get my new oven, but I am so disappointed.

It's still too hot in Phoenix to have used the ovens a lot but I have used them a few times on regular bake, convection bake and convection roast. The Convection Roast feature does not show the temp as the oven preheats, an annoying deletion. I will peruse the "Directions" again to make sure I have not missed a step that would show the temps as the oven preheats for the convection roast feature.

I love my KitchenAid double oven. I enjoy baking more now with my new KitchenAid ovens. I like being able to see the food as it cooks, my last oven the lights were in the back and it was hard to see how the food was cooking. KitchenAid put the lights on two levels and on the side which helps with being able to see how everything is progressing during the baking. The control panel is user friendly and you don't have to have the manual right there when trying to set the temp or the timer. I would recommend KitchenAid to all my friends.

We replaced our 21 year old Kitchenaid double oven with this newest model in the attractive black stainless. Both ovens are now convection! I also love the top shelves ease of pulling out. The doors are even easier to remove than our old model.. Installation was clear cut. Both ovens quickly heated. I am looking forward to the holidays when the real baking challenges begin!

This oven is beautiful in black stainless. Installation (replacing 29 yr old oven in same cabinet) was easy. Wish 27" oven had same blue interior available only on 30" model. Hope it works as good as it looks. So far, not as noisy as feared.

I bought my double ovens a month ago and I love them! The test came at thanksgiving when I made my 8 pies. For the first time in years my crust wasn't dark brown but a pretty golden color. I bought the entire suite of black stainless and it looks beautiful in my kitchen!

I can only rate at 2 stars because of design and quality issues. I should have researched my purchase a little more. I'm not happy that the oven vents hot air into my kitchen and not outside. My wall ovens I replaced had an exhaust fan that vented outside. The other issue I have is the quality of construction. The door on the bottom oven is not flush with the upper door on the left side. I would expect that an oven with a retail price of $3499 would have better quality control. I don't see myself using these ovens during the summer because of the hot air heating my kitchen. I do like the ease of use and how well it bakes. It's nice having 2 ovens and being able to use all three racks at the same time. The oven has good lighting and big windows that allow you to see your food without opening the door. The oven is attractive and blends well with my other appliances.

Haven't had much of an opportunity to use it yet but love the quality and workmanship and features and it would fit perfectly in any kitchen because it is blackstainless but is also trimmed in stainless and with the large opening in the door it looks black. Now I'm thinking of getting a kitchenaid dishwasher to match but my old kitchenaid is still working so well it seems a shame to replace it just yet.

What a beautiful appliance! Outstanding quality and features. I purchased this appliance after seeing it in two neighbors' homes. I love having a double oven but this is a replacement to update kitchen. We did decide on Kitchen Aid because they were the only ones who had a 27" double oven in the black stainless. I have not used the convection option yet. It seems like it takes a little while to get to temperature. I liked that my former oven told you how many minutes until it would reach temperature desired. I like that it is self cleaning for both ovens, former oven only had self clean on one of the ovens. LOVE the easy pull out racks. The light is really bright enough to see the food.
