I replaced a 15 Year Old GE Dishwasher. At first I was not impressed with the performance. However now that I have retrained myself on how to load the dishwasher I am Very Impressed with its performance. Bowls are the problem, all the loading racks "fingers" are straight, you need to pay close attention for correct spacing.

Replaced a "glitchey" Samsung with multiple error codes. The new Kithchen Aid dishwasher isn't as quiet due to the built in garbage disposer, but is still within very exceptible decibel levels. I find that despite having limited cycle choices, I use the "normal wash" 99% of the time. Very few "bells and whistles" just a strong dishwasher. Magnets work well with the stainless steel face.

A very average dishwasher, with poor design for controls. The controls in the top get bumped all the time when the door is open and you are loading/unloading. Furthermore, since controls are hidden when door is closed, you have no clue what stage the cycle is at, or even if completed. The racks are poorly laid out, and nonadjustable...but that is a function of being a "builder's special", I guess. We would have upgraded, but no dealer would give anything for trade in.

We like this dishwasher. It was an easy install. It runs best on the heavy duty cycle, rather than the normal wash. Heated dry works well for the dishes but leaves the stainless tub wet, requiring us to leave the door slightly open for airing; otherwise it does have an odor. I would recommend this dishwasher as long as the buyer knew the above.

I bought this a while ago and have been using for some time as of writing this review. Overall the dishwasher works, however I doubt this thing will last 5 years. The drawer bearings are very loose and the shelf is already starting to sag. The slides are very flimsy. There is also no light on the front of the unit that indicates when the cycle is completed so it constantly gets opened while its still running. I love how quiet the unit is, but without a light its almost too quiet.

great dishwasher!

Love my new dishwasher! Top rack is tall to accomodates large glasses and bowls. Racks slide beautifly. Its so quiet that I often have to check to make sure it was started :)

this is a great dishwasher quiet and very advanced features no more left over food to remove manually this one does it by itself - you dont have to lift out a tray to clean. Nice stainless steal interior much better than the old white plastic one we had before. Great price as well for the value. We got ours at Brandsmart - easy to install as well.

Very quiet dishwasher with good cleaning.

I bought this model a few months ago when my old kitchenAid was breaking down. I have been happy with the performance and very impressed with the quiet running. Two things to keep in mind. I installed it myself and you need a special attachment to connect the water. It is available at Home Depot for $5. Second the bottom rack spacing is quite wide so I exchanged it with the rack from my last model. This allows for more dishes per load.
