Disappointing in So Many Ways

Within days of the dishwasher being professionally installed, the plastic piece that facilitates connection to the drain broke, resulting in a terrible leak. The repairman noted that the piece "used to be made of metal, but they're using cheaper materials these days." Over the next twelve months, the plastic piece that supports the upper rack also broke. A bigger issue arose when another internal part "wore-out". All this happened within 24 months of purchase! To add insult to injury, when I tried to use my extended warranty, I was told there were no "certified" repair people in my area.

needed a efficient dishwasher, because we are in an area that requires holding tanks, this limits water usage and I need a dishwasher that I could have a coustom door made to match my cabinets. It all works

The installation was very easy although I did have some difficulty in installing the front panel. The unit itself is excellent and the performance is better than any dishwasher I have ever had. The dishes and glasses come out sparkling and dry and the washing options are very helpful.

I really like it. Putting glasses in the top so that they stay is a little tricky. That is my only complaint. Thanks
