great fridge except the ice maker stopped working .

Bottom Freezer.....Awesome!!

I have owned my Maytag refrigerator for almost two months and I am so happy with the purchase!! Love that the freezer is on the bottom, making everything in the fridge section so easy to reach. Ice maker is great and overall very quiet when it's running.

Love the freezer on the bottom of the appliance. Would like the "meat saver" drawer to be a little larger. The size of the ice cubes made by the ice maker are perfect making them easy to scoop up and use.

Love the ability to change the configuration of the multiple shelves. The LED lighting is great. And we love the freezer on the bottom. This is a pretty basic model but that's what we wanted -- we didn't need the bells and whistles. One thing that we needed to get used to is that the door doesn't close on its own, if not physically closed, it gradually swings open. Have had it for about a month and love it.

I don't use the freezer as much so having the refrigerator on the top is so much more convenient. My only issue is that I could not have the ice maker removed - I don't have a need for one and would prefer to have the space.

I have a very small non-negotiable space in which to put a refrigerator in my small beach cottage kitchen. My old one was chugging along just fine but was not as pretty as my newly updated kitchen deserved. I bought this Maytag model without ever seeing it. It functions quite well and I love the bottom freezer. It even has a LIGHT! Downsides are as follows: Door shelves are very shallow and do not hold what my old refrigerator did, the ice maker works great but is difficult to get a small amount of ice from it without sacrificing 2 or 3 cubes to the floor or into the bottom basket. I love the look of it. the stainless steel handle is a real cleaning ease PLUS.

WE LOVE IT! This is a wonderful fridge... really appreciate having the fridge part above the freezer as can see everything now. No more forgotten unidentifiable leftovers. The light is great and have plenty of room...crispers are very efficient at keeping fruit/veggies fresh. Freezer is adequate size but wish the basket part pulled out more.... but not a deal breaker. Really love having a light in there and the ice maker is very quiet as is the whole refrigerator.
