Being a little older, I appreciate the eye level selection in the refrigerator. I also appreciate the freezer having the two draws for easy selection.

We are restricted by space as to the type of refrigerator we can buy. I love the high end ones, but alas, they don't make them for small areas. This refrigerator was not cheap, but it was not as good as the last one we had. Yes, he does keep things cold, but the shelves are not well made and I can foresee their breaking. My old refrigerator would let me know the exact temperature. This was does not. It only has a setting of range of numbers. I have no idea what the is the actual temperature. The refrig is doing its job and I can't complain. I liked the Maytag dealer and trust them. I do wish Maytag would make a really good small refrig for smaller or older homes--one that would not stick out too far or was too high or too wide. I like Goldilocks, want one that is just right. One can hope.

Had it about a month now. It is quiet, makes plenty of ice, stores food so it is easy to locate. Great lighting.Only issue is the large storage drawer needs a better guidance/glide system.

Not quite what I had hoped for.

After years of waiting we finally ordered a new refrigerator with icemaker. Upon arrival it was discovered that one of the holes in the door where the handle is mounted was drilled too big so we still do not have a handle to open the door. The store we purchased it from ordered a new door and it still has not arrived over two months later. I am also disappointed that there is not more room inside. I ended up having to take out two of the shelves so we could fit taller items inside. Too many drawers inside taking up space and cannot remove the deli drawer because the crisper drawers can't be moved down. Also wish that todays manufacturers would make a design that is wider, not taller, giving more cubic feet inside. Many of us have older homes with built in cupboards that only accommodate a smaller unit. On a positive note, I do like the lighting and the ice maker produces like a champ.

We just switched to a bottom freezer and it's been so much easier to use both the refrigerator and freezer. The one comment I have is that it's taken a bit to get used to the refrigerator shelf brackets which I believe are designed to support heavy loads - and they really do! But they tend to stick down so using the shelf below is segmented. They don't take up a lot of space you just have to remember they are there. Otherwise I would definitely give this refrigerator 5 stars so far.
