they don't make them to last

I bought this new for my first new house,and after 6 years it is dead. Apparently I have aleak in the coil and its not repairable. Now I ahve to try to find money to get a new one. Unreal!!

This is the first bottom freezer I have owned and I love it! I purchased it in 2007 and it has been great. The bottom freezer really saves my back when using the refrigerator. The only thing I would like different is I wish the freezer was a pull out instead of a door. All of my appliances are Maytag; it is my favorite brand.
