1 star rating only because it is pretty to look at. Dishes need to be washed by hand prior to placing into the dishwasher - makes no sense. My old dish washer cleaned everything, never ever had to pre wash anything. I have tried different detergents and heavy, hot temperature cycles. Also, it is fairly noisy. This dishwasher was on sale, next time I will spend the money and get a good one.

I bought this product recently. I have to say that I am disappointed by the performance of this dishwasher. My old dishwasher was much more sturdy and had a lot more metal parts then the new one. I use the extra heat settings and drying settings and when I open it the cutlery is still wet.

My new dishwasher is a pleasure to use . The variety of settings suits all my needs from rinse to pot scrub . The extra depth makes it easier to wash larger,odd shaped dishes and iot is very quiet . I am enjoying using this dishwasher .Regards W W Morrish

This replaces a Maytag from 14 years ago. I find the configuration of this one doesn't hold as many dishes as the other so I find myself doing dishes every day. Before it was every 2 days. The dishes come clean and the cycle is short which is nice. For the price is does everything it said it would.

Ordering online was easy and free delivery. It doesn't get much better than that. I love the 4 hour wash delay. I set it in the evening and sometime after midnight it washes - never hear it - love it.

After much consideration, I ordered my new dishwasher from the Maytag Outlet site online. I knew I wanted to replace my existing Maytag with another Maytag, it was just a matter of where to buy.My husband installed it in an afternoon, he is NOT very apt in household maintenance, but insisted on trying. The installation went smoothly.I am very pleased with my new dishwasher. There has been a learning curve on my part with the new racking design, but I have adapted and it is working out just fine. It cleans well and dries exceptionally well. I have no complaints about the operation or results; The only improvement I can suggest is that it load and unload itself :-).I continue to be a Maytag loyalist. Keep up the good work.

I bought this dishwasher a month ago and I am impressed with it. The only thing I find is that is much smaller inside then the old one we had. It does not dry that well either but I like how I cannot hear it running and the energy saver is a great idea.

I absolutely hate this dishwasher. It does not clean well, and does not dry the dishes. I have to use a towel to dry them once the cycle is over. The repairman came out and looked at it, suggested a different detergent, and we tried that. Still does not work.

I had a Maytag before this one. The only reason I bought a new one is because my old one was so old I couldn't get parts. I was apprehensive about buying a new one but after using it for a while, I am still getting the same Maytag Quality as I used to have. The dishes are always cleaned. My daughters mother in law bought a new dishwasher (not a Maytag) and all she did was complain about it. A no brainer, get a Maytag.

I have a small space for a dishwasher and this one has more features than other smaller sized washers. It is ultra quiet while in operation and things look clean when finished. The only draw back in my situation is that even though it is designed to fit a fairly sizable load of dishes, I could still use a little more space. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.

We go through dishwashers about every 3 years because we use it so much. I was looking for a dishwasher that cleans well without spending too much. We have tried mid and upper priced dishwashers of different brands and they still wear out in a few years. This time we decided to try a low priced model and put the money into an extended warranty so all repairs are covered for 6 years, which was still cheaper than the mid range models. I have been very happy with it!

We normally don't use the dishwasher but the few times we have used it the dishwasher cleans the dishes very well and it runs quiet compared to my old dishwasher.I have no complaints about it ,it will be very handy at holiday time when there are alot of dishes to be done for the price you can't beat it

The dishwasher is very good. The outside control panel is easy to use. The capacity is great. A wide variety of dishes and configuration of where to place the dishes is good. The noise level is very low. The dishes are coming out very clean. I'm very impressed with overall Quality of this dishwasher and would recommend it.

The tenants are happy with its preformance. It has a chopper in side. We went with the chopper because we felt for tenants it would be less cleaning. In these hard economic times, nobody really WANTS to buy a new appliance unless it's absolutely necessary. When my old dishwasher died I was upset at having to spend money to replace it, but once I got my new Maytag I'm actually glad it conked out!My dishes are so much cleaner now, and the dishwasher purrs like a kitten when it's running instead of clunking and rattling like older models.
