Purchased a few years ago and still love it. So quiet and does a great job cleaning dishes etc. Just remember to add a drying agent so your plastic wear will dry completely. LOVE that it's made in USA.

I bought my dishwasher in August of 2013 and have had several problems from the beginning with the buttons on the front. Now the control panel just does what it wants. Sometimes I get it to start, other times it just will not let me select anything.

I am happy with the dish cleaning that this appliance is doing. However the controls are very difficult to see and use. My husband is not able to operate it because the choices on the display are so small and he has difficulty trying to find the correct place to touch it.

purchased a month ago and am happy i did. we had some old dishware that was so grungy that i thought we would have to throw away but, put in normal cycle and when it came out i thought it was brand new. the only thing that was missing was a price sticker. excellent dishwasher. this is our first dishwasher and we love it.

As a part of kitchen remodeling, we replaced our 35+ year dishwasher which gave us an excellent reliable service. We did a lot of research and chose one that seemed excellent (silent, water miser). But when we actually installed and used it, it would not clean the dishes - the main reason to have a dishwasher; it was silent alright - too silent to know if it was working or not. So we again did research, this time focusing on the dish cleaning performance, the main reason to have a dishwasher. The Maytag dishwasher reviews gave high marks for its dishwashing ability. So we chose Maytag and returned the one that was not performing well. We are very happy with Maytag performance.

I purchased this machine about a month ago as mine quit working. It is veryquiet, cleans great, and doesn't show the grime (inside is gray). Only drawbackis, sometimes I have to hit the selection buttons twice as it doesn't always takethe first time.

I was worried I wouldn?t be satisfied with the new dishwasher I?d heard they were slow. It?s true compared to my old machine it is slow, but it is worth it! The interior designs holds way more stuff, much easier to load, washers bigger stuff, stuff stays put, handle food waste easily it is just gone. So quiet! Love the way you can control the water temps for washing and rinsing. I a bachelor, I don?t rinse my dishes and food dries on because I just hide my dirty dishes in the washer until it is full. Stuff comes out spotless and I?m on hard well water. Installation was easy, just make sure you buy the 90 degree hose adapter, and a flex line for the supply if you don?t you will be back to buy it. So even though it is slow, who cares how long it takes to wash the dishes when you are not the one doing it, and I can stuff so much stuff in it. Great Job Maytag!

I am not as happy with this dishwasher as I expected to be. It replaced a 30 year old Kitchen-Aid, that had rusted out racks, but still worked amazingly well.This machine does not clean the glassware completely even with the added rinse agent that must be added. The whole machine feels "cheap" since so much of it is made from plastic. I am sorry I bought it!

Why I love my new dishwasher -NOT

Technically, I can't write a review - yet. Bought on Thursday, 4/17, it was installed by a licensed plumber on 4/21. We were able to make two (2) rinse cycles and two(2) wash cycles before it LEAKED LIKE A SIEVE! The verdict from the certified warranty provider - the tub ( which is the whole shell of the dishwasher) was malformed! The surge caused by the wash motor forced water under the door, on to the floor every time the motor came on?! Whirlpool authorized the provider to COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLE OUR PRESENT DISHWASHER AND REBUILD IT ON OUR KITCHEN FLOOR WITH A NEW TUB (THAT WILL TAKE 7 TO 10 DAYS TO SHIP)!! Ask me how I like my new dishwasher - in another week.

This dishwasher is so quiet, you almost can't hear it, even in the kitchen. The capacity seems much larger than our previous one, yet it obviously fits in the same space in the cabinet. The selection of cycles allows us to pick an appropriate cycle for the kinds of dirty dishes we have loaded. I can only say that I am very sorry to have waited to replace my old one with this excellent Maytag dishwasher.
