This model was a new addition to my house when I purchased a couple years ago. The dishwasher was serviceable for the first year but then began having intermittent problems with the control panel which gradually became worse until now it is unusable. When I google this model, the first result is other people reporting the same problem. Maytag needs to address this design flaw and stop selling a home appliance that lasts less than 2 years.

I have had my new Maytag Dishwasher for 3 mo. now. I love never having to rinse my dishes before putting them in the dishwasher. I can just load the dishwasher from the table. It gets all my dishes sparkling clean and what a shine my glasses have!!! I have not had a new dishwasher in 15 years. So my new Maytag Jetclean Dishwasher is so advanced in technology! Even the dirtiest dishes come out shiny and squeaky clean. I trust Maytag. All my appliances in my new home are Maytag.

I bought this about a month ago and so far it works. I pre-wash my dishes so I don't know if it would take off food if I didn't. I have rust in my water and so far the diswasher hasn't turned red/orange. My husband dosen't like that it dosen't have a locking latch for the door but other than that we have no complaints.

we bought this at the end of Oct 2014 and the water pump wasn't working; Maytag repair company did a great job with the repair; the customer service agents I spoke with were knowledgeable and polite-- got me in touch w/ the repair folks; nicely done; its working great , no problems since then

After 15 years my old DW finally had to be replaced - it was worn out. I looked at many dishwashers - many different brands, prices, colors, options. I selected the Maytag for many reasons. One is that I have a set of Maytag washer/dryer - for that same period of time - that are still going strong. I felt strong about the Quality and the features and the competitive price so I selected the Maytag for replacement of my old unit.

We bought the dishwasher about a month ago and have been very happy with its performance to date. Controls seem simple and loads seem to wash. We started using the Jet Dry and have noticed that it does help get the contents dryer and brighter.

Disappointd as it is smaller than the one it replaced and therefore large kettles and frying pans do not fit well. Silverware rack and slpts are a pain for large knives aforks. Washs well and fairly quiet.

I purchased this about a month ago. I installed it myself with no trouble or special tools. When I ran the first cycle, I had to open it to make sure it even had water in it. It is so quiet. Cleans very well and I really like the steam sanitize cycle.

Have had dishwasher for a month now. Good features, cleans very well, and runs quiet. Racks are easy to load and have more room than my old unit.Only thing I would improve is the outer door panel is flimsy, and has a small dent from pushing into counter space when installing unit.

I bought this to replace a 20 yr old model. For a machine that takes up the same footprint as the old one it does not have as much room inside. I have had to run a second load when guest are here. It is quiet but I notice the sound of running water and I am constantly checking for leaks. Cleans well.
