I bought it on 7/09/14 got it on 7/18/14 had it installed on 7/31/14 and had technicians from Dan Marc in my home 4 times already. What happenS when the warranty expires. Why was this unit not exchanged.

Seems to do a fairly good job. I have had some issues with food left on items and not being removed by the dishwasher, but if I rinse them very well before inserting them into the dishwasher, it seems to work better. I am a bit disappointed by the prewash/wash soap dispencer. they're both the same compartment! So when the door opens, both distributions of soap are dumped out. How is this considered prewash?

I recently replaced my 23 year old Maytag dishwasher with this new one. It was heartbreaking to let it go because even though it leaked sometimes, it worked great. But it was time. Unfortunately, the top rack is smaller in height than the old one and now I have to wash all pots and pans as they won't fit in the new dishwasher with the plates, etc. like they did in the old one. Wine glasses do not fit on the top rack like they did with the old one. So, even though this is advertised as a "tall" tub, I'm not as impressed with the new one.

Love the dishwasher, but it has a small capacity, and I'm not crazy about just pulling the door open without a handle lock. It isn't very smooth.

I am very happy having this dishwasher. It is quieter than the one before and I can set it to start when I leave for town and not hear it at all. Doesn't seem to take as long as the other brands. Great pricing and easy installation.

I purchased this a few months ago. Couldn't afford the top of the line but went on my past experiences with the Maytag brand. I don't like it. The top rack is difficult to fill and I need to use the top cleaning cycle for cleaning even though I rinse everything before putting things in the washer.

I have been using this dishwasher for a couple of months now and am somewhat disappointed. You have to use some sort of rinse agent or everything is left with water spots, wet, and smelly. Even using the rinse agent, it still is not completely dry at the end of the cycle. Why can't the dishes come out dry at the end of the cycle???

I love my new Jet Clean Dishwasher. Dishes come out squeaky clean. The dishwasher is very quiet, you can hardly hear it running. It also doesn't heat up my kitchen like my old Maytag did.

We bought this a couple of months ago when the power buttons failed on our old one. I loved my old one however. We bought it in 2008. The dishes were always clean. I could load it many different ways. I had lots of options with it. SO, in spite of being concerned about the electrical issues, I bought another one, anticipating a similar machine. I cannot load as many dishes in it. The top rack is NOT adjustable. It is fine, but I am not overly happy with it.

I bought this about 6 weeks ago. It does clean dishes very well, but the baskets are not particularly dish friendly. I was told that the upper rack could be lowered or raised. As it turns out - not the case with this model. Very disappointing!

Our new Maytag dishwasher does a marvellous job, top and bottom racks are sparking and the cutlery as well. My only complaint is that it no longer has a little flip over shelf on the upper rack that I found most helpful in our previous Maytag. It was perfect for small pieces of tupperware.

I bought this a few months ago, and it's awesome! Love the steam sanitize option! It's also the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. It also holds more dishes than you would think. Love how big the bottom is, for huge pans. Easy to install, very user friendly!

I bought my Jetclean Plus about a month ago and I am ecstatic a the performance over my aging GE dishwasher. The action seems to be much greater leading to much better cleaning. The new unit is much quieter than our old unit.

We like the dishwasher however the top rack is not quite deep enough for larger glasses. It does make it frustrating when loading the unit and the door does not close.

We bought this model because we have always heard how great they were. So far not impressed. Dishes aren't any cleaner than our old one. White film left on the wire racks that are not used. Dishes still have water on them even after a heated dry. Sad. Always had a Kenmore brand before guess we will again.

It is different that my previous Maytag. I do not believe that I can get as much in a load as the last one and it loads total different. There does not seem to be enough slant for the coffee cups and glasses to drain good. There is water still left on bottom even if I use the dry feature

This dishwasher is great. It cleans dirty dishes very well and the steam sanitize option is great. It is pretty quiet when it runs. The normal length of time for it to run is about an hour and a half, but there are multiple options you can add that will extend the length of time it takes. There is little water left on the dishes after it is run and there is no food residue on the top shelf. There is a silverware basket and top and bottom racks, pretty standard. Overall, it is a great standard dishwasher.

I am worried about the fact that when you turn it to start the water starts coming in and stops several times during the intake of water. Never had this with my old dishwasher.

Like the silverware basket on lower rack. Cleans dishes without having to rinse. Has nylon covered upper and lower rack. Hope these last better than old racks.Door has a friction latch which makes it difficult to open. Have to give it a hard pull. A mechanical latch would be better. The rinse dispenser has a blue color viewer which makes it difficult to see how much blue rinse aid is left.However, it is very quite and does a great job of washing the dishes.

I've had this dishwasher for about one and a half months and so far it has been very sturdy and dependable. Our dishes come out consistantly clean every time. No complaints to speak of. It works much better than our previous more expensive model.

This unit replaced our 11 year old Maytag dishwasher. So far it appears to be a Quality Maytag product. Cleans dishes very well. Is quieter than we thought it would be. So far, an Excellent Replacement. We don't expect it to last another 11 years but for a few years at least.

I ended up buying a Maytag Dishwasher after hearing from so many people how great they were! I am so glad I listened. This is the best dishwasher ever. No scrubbing the dishes before you put them in, has a quick clean cycle if you are in a hurry, and the dishes come out spotless! I would recommend it highly!
