bought approximately 6 years ago doing a wash yesterday, stopped with the tough scrub light flashing won't do anything else, unplugged over night still doing the same thing. Quality not there.

Having had the previous dishwasher for several years, there was an adjustment period in loading and operation. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that I was surprised at the length of time the product needed to complete the cycle.

We have had our dishwasher for about seven months now. Just recently we discovered that the detergent box was not opening. If that hadn't been the case I would say this is the best Quality and efficient dishwasher we've ever had. The silverware containers come in two pieces making it really easy for my kids to help. Love the layout of this dishwasher. I just hope my dishes are getting clean with the broken door.
