I bought this fridge three weeks ago. I love the space and the way the freezer is compartmentalized. Easy to store and find things.. My only problem is that we have not been able to make ice. Ice maker is broken and and I still waiting for the part to repair it.

THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE ICE MAKER, WHEN WE HAVE COMPANY WE WILL RUN OUT OF ICE WITH-IN AN HOUR. TAKES ALL DAY TO REFILL THE BIN VERY VERY SLOW.

We have had this about 2 months. Ever since it's been installed, the water dispenser leaks. We have to keep a glass underneath it to catch the leaking water.

I love everything except I am having trouble with water-ice light. I can't get it to work properly. It stays lit and I want it on only when water and ice are dispensed.

Love it in every way! I couldn't have purchased a better fridge to raise two boys with. They can reach the bottom drawer where I keep there favorites. The prints wipe off easily too!

I have only had the fridge a few weeks but so far it runs beautifully and there are several things I am impressed with.1) Door storage stays cold enough for milk. A lot of french door fridges have gallon door shelves for milk but they are not cold enough. I used a refrigerator thermometer for several days to make sure and the milk stays safely cold in this unit.2) Love, love, love the "fold back" shelving to store tall items. Made caramel apples for Halloween and was able to store a whole tray of them with the sticks standing up under a fold back shelf.3) Really like the ice in the door. More fridge space and it makes plenty of ice. I also like that the ice bin is easily removable.4) Like the "solid" freezer drawers vs wire bins. Had a spill in the top freezer drawer the very first day and it didn't leak into the bottom drawer.

Bought this fridge in May 2014. Like it so far. Love that I can pull the ice container out and dump it in a cooler, etc... when I need it. Seems to fulfill everything I need in a refrigerator.

I have owned this Maytag refrigerator for several months now and am pleased with my purchase. It replaced a 17 year old fridge so has been a welcomed replacement.! I like the many options available in setting up the shelving to maximize space for the types of things you purchase. It is not intended to be "one size fits all". The interior is very well lit and it is easy to access everything. Plenty of drawer space; and Maytag has planned the drawers and door shelves to maximize capacity; well thought-out. The freezer section is as functional as the fridge. Very happy with my Maytag!

Nice deep shelves, LED lighting is really bright from all areas in the fridge, LOVE LOVE the deli drawer (so do the kids!), lots of space in the freezer. Just a few things we didn't like: overall noise of the fridge - runs a bit louder than our old fridge; the freezer drawer is loud when opening/closing, and the water/ice dispenser is a bit delayed in the buttons and the dispensing. Overall though, this is a great fridge and we are very happy with it.

I love this refrigerator!!! The space in it is amazing. I was a little skeptical with the freezer thinking that it wasn't going to fit much, but to my surprise it fits plenty. It's a complete difference compared to other refrigerators I have owned in the past. I feel that it keeps food fresher and it keeps longer. This was definitely a great buy!

The refrigerator is working out quite well - The size is good for us (two) with people dropping by - The freezer is actually smaller than I thought - holds less than our old side by side but things are easier to find - The deli drawer that goes the full distance across is a little inconvenient since you have to open both doors to access it -

The ice maker throws ice chips everywhere, not easy to change settings between ice and water, bottom plastic piece in front will not stay on. We removed one shelf in order to acomadate all our juice containers. Price was alittle up there.Love the freezer and double French doors. No other problems, runs fine but makes funny noises, but I like that !

Nothing but Quality issues, shelf need to be replaced, freezer door was replaced twice, now still waiting for parts so water and ice maker will work, been without ice and water for three weeks this time,

This refrigerator is pretty noisy especially when it is making ice. You would not want to have this refrigerator if you have an open concept living area. Aside from the noise the fridge is really good.

We are very happy with the purchase. The ice maker is working well and keeping up with demand. I was concern with the smaller ice container, but the fast ice button helps. We have not run out of ice yet. Motor is quite enough. The space inside good. It is very attractive. The ice/water dispenser is attractive, not cheap looking. Buy this model you will be happy. Go to local appliance store and compare.

We absolutely love this refrigerator with one exception--the screechy door! Almost from day one the right door screeched (not squeeked). My husband has adjusted it several times and it was quiet for a while, but then the noise returned. For as much money as we spent on it, it is pretty irritating. Other than that, the layout, adjustable shelves to accommodate larger containers, the see through drawers, and the roomy freezer section are all plusses. If 10 stars were possible and the door didn't screech we would rate it that high.

Doors do not shut well, Door Ajar signal cannot be heard by my hearing impaired husband. The water and ice dispenser is hard to read and crushed ice sprays all over the floor. A lot of space and shelf adjustment keeps food accessible. Bottom freezer is roomy and easy to reach/use.

I bought this fridge in October,2013. Glad I did, so far. Most of the features are great. The bottom freezer seems to freeze as well as our stand alone freezer. Down side would be the ice maker likes to spit extra ice out after I am finished getting ice. Would of preferred 2 paddles, one for ice and one for water.

Got new Maytag refer. about two months ago and we love it. We replaced a GE profile refridge that had a lot more bells and whistles, but the Maytag has the features that we really use. The Maytag refrigerator has plenty of door shelf space and everything that you are looking for is at eye level. The freezer compartment is also large and the drawer makes finding things easy. I love the LED lighting that makes the fridge look bright and clean. Love the overall look with clean lines and sharp looking handles. I would highly recommend the product.

I bought this fridge less than a year ago. There are certain things that I have really enjoyed. I love the layout of everything. It holds so much food and it is all easy to get to. I really love the top drawer in the freezer. It makes everything so easy to use. It's very user friendly, but I have not been happy with several other things.First of all, within the first 6 months we had to have someone out to repair it because a tube broke in the top of the fridge and was dripping water all over.Second, the water spicket is located in a strange place on the front of the fridge. If you have a small sized cup and you try to fill it with water you have to push the lever with your fingers because if you push the lever with the cup the water won't make it in.Third, the ice machine doesn't work well. We have a large family and so the fridge gets opened a lot. Because of this the ice melts and freezes causing large chunks of ice and sometimes a melted mess.Fourth, the buttons on the front of the fridge don't work well. When we try to switch it from water to ice we have to push the buttons multiple times to get it to work.Overall, I would not purchase this fridge again.

this refridge is loud!! I understand that it runs more but with let power to save energy but when it does run it loud. only buy if you don't spend much time in your kitchen. Also the buttons that switch between water and ice are very un-responsive. I should have pick one with separate water and ice levers. Also door does not shut easily.

Have had this frige for about a year and so far it has been great. The only thing I have noticed is that the supports that hold the drawers are a little weak. Have to be careful when closing.

Overall happy w/this product as it replaced a VERY old refrigerator. We like the bottom freezer and twin doors. Ice maker and water filter work fine. Filter lasted longer than we expected as we have well water w/minerals and such. The drawer glides are not the best Quality and broke w/in the first year so still under warranty. There is not as much actual space as we hoped for. The shiny black finish scratches VERY easily!

We are very happy with this product. It is much quieter than the refrigerator we replaced. (Only 8 years old so we did not go with that brand again!) The Maytag refrigerator is everything we wanted. The ice maker, water dispenser, and the other highlighted features work as promised. The LED interior lighting is far superior to our old refrigerator's incandescent lights (cheaper to run, too!).

I bought this refridgerator as part of a full kitchen appliance purchase for my new home. It has a lot of space and I love the size of the freezer. I like the fact that the shelves fold down to allow more space for larger items. It would have been nice for both drawers to have the fresh flow filter. I'm not happy with the ice sticking together due to opening the fridge door with the change in temperature. Due to the ice sticking together I try not to get into the left side of the fridge or the bottom drawer where I keep lunch eat and cheese. When using crushed ice, the ice chips get all over due to the style of opening where it comes out. When using ice cubes, occasionally one will get left in the "door" and it will melt leaving a mess. The arms holding the shelves take up quite a bit of room and you have to watch where you're putting things as to not run into these arms. This fridge is louder than the last fridge I had and that is something my husband complains about almost every night when we sit down to watch TV. I like the features this fridge has to offer although I am not too happy with the functions.

We've had this product now for a couple of months and it is serving our family of 5 very well. The best part is that it fits very well it the tight space with not alot of room required for the door hinges. for those limited in space and are having issues finding a french door style product, this is worth a look. However, it's louder than I expected being a new model. There is no storage for eggs and butter, which I found odd. Those items are bummers but overall, it's worth it.

I've had my fridge for 6 months now. It's been the best purchase I could have made. It's so efficient that it hardly ever runs and when it does run it's not for long as well as being super quiet. The filters and air flow really keep the food fresher for a longer time. I love it!

I like the size of this refrigerator. Two features that need to be fixed- the Door Open Warning only works if door is open a good distance, not if it is slightly ajar. The crushed ice dispenser is messy. I tried different drinking glasses and ice still gets all over.

I bought this refrigerator 6 mo ago. I absolutely love the refrigerator and all the features. I always have room for all food including beverages. My only complaint is that 1 mo before the water filter was due to be changed it started leaking water in the refrigerator. When I changed the water filter the problem was fixed. I was told that it was a bad batch of filters. We will see in another 5 months or so if I have another issue.

We are updating our kitchen with new flooring. Our other refrigerator lasted 10 years plus 2 months---and there was a 10 year guarantee on the compressor, so we really were not planning to buy a new refrigerator. I am very happy with our new refrigerator. It is sleek and sexy in my opinion. It is larger than ours before. It has taken my some time to get accustomed to e freezer on the bottom, but I like it now!!!
