Large roomy refrigerator was purchased after seeing excellent reviews. However, the ice maker dispenser splatters ice beyond the glass hels in the exact location to catch the ice. The watrer dispenser does not cool the water. The lighting inside the refrigerator could be brighter. The capacity of freezer and refrigertor are grest.

Double fridge not double pleasure

I like the space and the different sections in the model. I have had some issues with the freezer lining pulling away from the door creating a gap and causing some excess frost. Also, the water dispenser and ice maker were the main reason I wanted this model but there has been particles in the water so I have not gotten the usage I planned out of it. Not sure how to fix this and the filter still shows as "good"

The fridge (Maytag) is impossible to move. No rollers and stupid heavy. The interior light is not bright enough. You can't really see what's in the fridge. The ice maker does not work if you open the door on the fridge side.....not sure why. The fridge also makes an occasional noise that i have no idea what it is. Big dissappointment.

After having the fridge for a moth the labels rubbed off. bc it was a month there was no replacement and maytag considers it cosmetic and will not fix. I read how this has happened to others and it even happened to my daughter who bought the same exact fridge 4 month ago. now we don't know what we are pushing. very disappointing. don't by maytag

We love the exterior design of our new Maytag side by side refrigerator. Our only issue is the interior design of the shelving and lights. We find it to have very limited choice on how the shelves can be configured. It is a great cold spot probably the coldest we have ever owned. Water and ice in door works as desired and we like this feature. Too bad the designers didn't spend more time on the interior shelving and lighting...food on shelves blocks the lighting. Otherwise would be a 5 star rating.

When I moved into my condo I replaced an old refrigerator with this new one. It's very easy to use and has plenty of space. I like the digital features on the ice maker on the outside. It is definitely a good Value for the money spent.

I bought this three weeks ago, and I am not sure if I did a good inversion of my money.I bought this refrigerator three weeks ago, and I am not sure if I made a good investment. Every time I open the doors, the shelves become opaque, in addition the food filter evaporates out very much and drips!!!! This fridge that I have, is a replacement for another maytag that came defective, the other fridge accumulated heavy frost inside and was dripping all the time. Pacific Sales (Best Buy) is the company where I made this purchase, I am very disappointed, they not only made me pay more money for this fridge that I now have, but I am having the same problem about the vaporization on the shelves.

the ice motor is loud and the ice maker does not keep up a lot of use even on fast ice mode. be out of ice and have wait till next day for it to be somewhat filled back up. in the mean time had to use good old fashion ice trays. they where faster! it is spacious . i do wish the glass shelves inside would adjust where you want them. you are def paying for the name maytag with this one. we could have got better frig for cheaper or same price with more stuff but, we had all other maytag app in kitchen already and wanted to match. if you dont care about not matching i would get a different frig.

This is the best refrigerator I have had. I love all the features especially the ice cube storage in the door. This save a lot of space on the shelves in the freezer.. The ice cube storage container is small but that is fine because the ice cubes in a large storage contain usually get old and you have to throw them out. The refrigerator also has a lot of room. I highly recommend this.

I love my fridge but I got the stainless steel. I love the size of it, it holds so much food specially since I love to coupon and everything has a space. It goes perfect with my stove and microwave which are all stainless steel. But the best part is the ice maker, I never have to buy another bag of ice to me that is priceless because I have to have ice with every drink even if its just water.
